Responsibilities
1. Manage NEC3/NEC4 ECC contracts (Options A, C & E)
2. Lead compensation events, early warnings, and contract communications
3. Oversee valuations, payments, cost forecasting, and budget control
4. Support pre-contract activities including scope, estimates, and tendering
5. Manage delivery phase performance, risk, and reporting
6. Drive stakeholder engagement across client and supply chain
7. Support final accounts and post-project reviews
Requirements
8. Degree qualified (or equivalent)
9. Strong NEC3/NEC4 ECC experience (essential)
10. UK water sector & construction experience (essential)
11. ECI and Design & Build experience
12. Strong commercial, risk, and CDM knowledge
13. CSCS card (Water Hygiene desirable)
14. Membership of APM/CIOB/ICE (or working towards)
15. Right to work in the UK
