You’ll be responsible for the implementation of the swimming strategy at your site, as well as the delivery, development and commercial growth of swimming. We need a Swim Manager who will: Have the ability to form strong working relationships with both the swimming team and our sporting partners. Have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team Be focused on high customer service standards Have strong leadership qualities and have supervisory experience Have a results driven attitude You will be required to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.
