The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
11. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
12. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
13. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
14. Proficiency in using customer service software or databases.
15. A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks.
16. Can start on the 17th November.
