Salary: £71,327 – £77,691 (Leadership Scale L8–L12)

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop high‑quality inclusive practice across the school.
* Provide strategic direction to embed quality first teaching for SEND learners across the curriculum.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and partners to remove barriers to learning.
* Support students with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral support.
* Champion a school ethos where every child matters and create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQSENCO).
* Outstanding teaching practice with a passion for inclusive education and equality of opportunity.
* Innovative, imaginative and creative pedagogical approach.
* Strong team player with commitment to partnership with families, external agencies and pastoral leaders.
* Demonstrated commitment to staff development.
