An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join our Banking and Finance team, this role can be based in either our Birmingham, Thames Valley (Reading), Cheltenham or Central England office (Northampton). The team work with a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of financing transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending. Our specialist team work closely with their clients to really understand their needs to find the right funding solution for them. Whether it’s the launch of a new project or the acquisition of a new company, we can provide innovative approaches to funding in order to meet our clients’ needs. What we need you to do: Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of banking and finance issues Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within banking and finance, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge. Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
