We are currently recruiting for a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder Setter Operator on a permanent basis for our client based in in Fradley. My client have state of the art 5 axis Tool & Cutter Grinding machinery, candidates therefore with experience with any of the following machines would be of interest; Walter, Rollomatic, Strausak, Saacke, Anca, United. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for progression and ongoing training / support. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * Time served apprenticeship ideally or required work experience (3 years machining). * CNC Grinding - Ideally 5 axis Tool Grinding. * Must be able to use all inspection equipment and read engineers drawings. * Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Be able to maintain product specifications. * Inspect all products produced, utilising the correct measuring devices. * Ability to make machine adjustments and trouble shooting. * Monitor product quality while manufacturing. * Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose problems. * Full knowledge of all tooling required, routine maintenance, and lubrication of all machinery. 4 days per week (37.5 hours), Monday to Thursday, hours of work are: * Monday: 09.00-19.00 * Tuesday: 07.00-19.00 * Weds: 07.00-19.00 * Thursday: 07.00-13.00 Benefits package including: * contributory Pension * Group Life Insurance (non-contributory) * Priv...
