Join Inizio Engage, a global leader in patient solutions, as a Clinical Nurse Advisor supporting our Homecare Programme. You’ll deliver high-quality patient care, education, and clinical support while being at the forefront of healthcare innovation.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical care as outlined in service protocols, including virtual and face-to-face consultations.
* Educate patients, families, and carers about their care and treatment plans.
* Monitor and report adverse events and clinical incidents in line with company policies.
* Participate in team meetings and share best practices to improve service delivery.
* Stay updated with company policies, compliance standards, and engage in professional development.
Requirements
* Current NMC registration (Adult or Children’s Nurse) with a degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience. Desirable: CVAD or parenteral nutrition expertise.
* Strong communication skills for face-to-face, virtual, and written interactions.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.
* Solution-focused with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in IT systems and Android devices.
* Full UK driving licence and satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
