We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing reactive repairs and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of various properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and perform necessary plastering repairs.
* Assess and address plastering-related issues in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.
* Carry out maintenance tasks related to plastering, patching, and surface refinishing.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
* Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Plasterer, with a focus on reactive repairs and maintenance.
* Proficient in a range of plastering techniques and repairs.
* Own van is required for transportation.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
