We are looking to expand our team with an exciting new role.
We need a Chef de Partie to prepare food for all outlets and banquets, ensuring high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen.
About The Role
Main tasks and duties
* Ensure smooth operational procedures within the kitchen
* Maintain and adhere to health and safety policies
* Maintain hygiene standards at all times
* Prepare food according to management standards
* Exercise portion control over all items served
* Cook all food to a high and consistent quality
* Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
* Communicate effectively with management and peers
* Attend training courses as necessary
* Ensure health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and others on the premises
* Report incidents, accidents, fires, losses, or damages and take appropriate action
* Order, check, and accept deliveries as needed
* Report maintenance issues and take necessary action
* Perform any other duties as requested by management
Skills Needed
Hospitality experience and relevant qualifications.

* Experience in the hotel industry
Required Criteria
* Right to Work in the UK
* Good command of English
* Experience in a similar high-quality catering environment
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking
* Current Food Hygiene Certificate
* Transport due to location
