Accommodation Support Officer

Salary: UofG Grade 3, £23,742 - £24,215 per annum, plus 25% shift allowance.
This post is full time (35 hours p/w) and open ended.
A high degree of flexibility is required. The shifts are a mix of day shift (08.00 - 20.00) and night shift (20.00 - 08.00), over a rotational shift pattern.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a new Accommodation Support Officer to join the University’s Estates Directorate.
In this role you will work as part of the Campus Security team to provide a safe, secure, and supportive living environment for students, staff, and visitors at University of Glasgow Student Accommodation and flexibly across the University Estate as required.
You will deliver proactive student welfare support, emergency response support and security service whilst ensuring a professional, customer centric approach to enhance the student experience.
