About this Role
As a Customer Service Executive within our Truck and Trailer division, you will play a central role in keeping our customers moving. This role blends customer service, fleet coordination, and branch operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the heart of a busy asset rental environment.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers hiring trucks and trailers.
* Support the day to day management of fleet availability, condition, and compliance.
* Coordinate vehicle check in and check out processes using our digital inspection tools.
* Work closely with drivers, engineers, and internal teams to minimise downtime.
* Help ensure our branch operates safely, efficiently, and with the customer always in mind.
About You
You enjoy working with people, solving practical problems, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. You do not need to come from the truck and trailer industry, transferable experience and the right mindset matter most.
* Experience in customer service, operations, or a similar people focused role.
* Comfortable using systems, apps, and Microsoft Office tools.
* Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Happy working both indoors and outdoors as part of a branch based team.
