Your ability to spot talent, build positive relationships and manage multiple vacancies will help to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive team where your role will include creating and advertising our vacancies, reviewing applications from candidates, and searching CV databases to find suitable talent for our roles nationwide. You’ll ensure candidates have a smooth, positive recruitment experience, while fact finding about their skills and attributes to ensure they are suitable candidates for the role and the business. You’ll arrange interviews with hiring managers and update our candidate management system. Essentially, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment journey.
The ideal candidate for a Recruitment Coordinator role at phs:
1. Experience in a predominantly telephone-based role.
2. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
3. A polite, professional and skilled communicator, especially with telephone and email.
4. Patient, resilient, observant, and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
5. Exceptional customer service experience.
6. Confident with giving feedback.
7. A quick learner, able to adapt to using new computer systems.
As a Recruitment Coordinator at phs you will be:
8. Advertising vacancies on job boards and social media.
9. Using CV databases to search for difficult to find skillsets.
10. Telephone screening candidates and arranging interviews.
11. Obtaining and delivering feedback after interviews.
12. Creating offer letters and contracts on our candidate management system.
13. Ensuring all required documentation is uploaded onto our candidate management system.
14. Providing accurate data and reports as required.
