Youll:
* Win new business & grow existing accounts (10% Commission)
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle
* Source top talent & build strong pipelines
* Hit and exceed billing targets
You have:
* 3+ years recruitment experience (Industrial preferred)
* Proven track record in a target-driven market
* Commercial mindset, resilient & motivated
* Full UK driving license
