Role Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate your team to prioritize customer experience
2. Implement and improve retail processes
3. Manage operational procedures like inventory and P&L
4. Report on performance metrics and KPIs
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards
Candidate Profile
* Enjoys engaging with customers and is resilient and self-driven
* Skilled in team development, mentoring, and growth
* Experienced in store management, including budgeting, operations, and merchandising
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
* Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
