Job Description:
Salary: £75-85K + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance
The Head of Vet Key Accounts is responsible for leading a team of 5 Key Account Managers across the UK and Ireland, and is accountable for the delivery of sales, profit & related KPIs within the Vet channel. This position reports to the Pet Professional Sales Director UK and Ireland.

What will be your key responsibilities?
* Direct line management of 5 NAMs in line with the strategies aligned with the vision and values of Royal Canin.
* Undertake a long-term strategic view for both external partners and internal stakeholders.
* Overall management of customer terms negotiations, trade expenditure, advertisement and promotional spend, communication on new product development.
* High level of planning, cross-functional collaboration, and discipline in managing Veterinary National Accounts both online and offline.
* Build collaborative relationships with buyers, Vet and Nursing Directors, as well as internal stakeholders.
* Responsible for periodic forecasting, tracking, communication, and course correction of volume, sales, and service provision.
