We're now looking for an experienced Procurement Manager/Senior Procurement Manager to support ongoing growth across our Infrastructure and Transportation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and commercial acumen in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
* Lead and deliver procurement strategies across high-value, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.
* Work directly with clients, advising on procurement and commercial approaches that enable successful project outcomes.
* Manage and mentor teams, supporting professional growth while delivering high-quality results.
* Oversee procurement lifecycles—from market engagement, tender development, evaluation and negotiation, to contract award and mobilisation.
* Contribute to account growth, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen client relationships.
💡 What You’ll Bring:
* Degree-qualified with or working towards a professional qualification (e.g. MRICS, MCIPS, MCIOB).
* Strong experience in procurement across infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors.
* Working knowledge of procurement regulations including Public Contracts Regulations, Utilities Regulations, or Defence regulations.
* Solid understanding of major forms of contract (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC).
* Demonstrated ability in leading procurement processes, including tendering, prequalification, and governance.
* Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders (legal, finance, engineering, programme teams) in complex, multi-partner environments.
* Excellent communication, document drafting, negotiation, and influencing skills.
🌟 Desirable Experience:
* Development of procurement strategies using category management or lotting techniques.
* Experience with eSourcing, eEvaluation tools or auction platforms.
* Experience with Competitive Dialogue or Negotiation processes.
* Commercial risk management, KAM, or exposure to debt/equity project financing.
* Familiarity with collaborative procurement models (e.g. Alliances, Early Contractor Involvement, Partnering).
