Job Title: Senior Childcare Practitioner / Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Long Bennington
The Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties
The Home: Solo placement (1-bed). Status: Established, with a strong track record of supporting young people successfully
Approach: Tailored care and support for individual needs, providing a safe, nurturing, and stable environment
The Company: Medium-sized private provider. Homes: 10+ children\'s homes across the region. Ofsted Track Record: Good across all homes, striving for Outstanding. Growth Plans: Expanding services across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire. * Working Week and Pay: Condensed shifts of two days on, four days off. Sleeps included within the shift pattern. Salary up to £37,600 per annum (inclusive of sleeps).

Requirements (Non-Negotiables)
* Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (Social Care Pathway). Level 3 in Adult Social Care may be considered with relevant experience.
* Experience: Previous experience in residential children's services or similar settings supporting young people with challenging behaviour.
* Driving Licence: Essential (must hold a Full UK Driving Licence).
