Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
Salary & Benefits: £26k - £42k, training, overtime, company vehicle, annual leave, pension scheme
Responsibilities
* Undertake thorough management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
* Safely obtain ACM samples from site.
* Produce detailed technical survey reports and accompanying floor plans.
* Conduct 4-stage clearances.
* Perform full air monitoring: reassurance, leak, smoke, background, and personal monitoring.
* Liaise with removal teams to monitor project completion.
* Adhere to strict safety guidelines.
* Provide regular updates to clients.
Qualifications
* Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst or Asbestos Surveyor.
* Hold BOHS P402 or BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalents).
* Robust industry technical knowledge including UKAS & HSG guidelines.
* Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
* Experience across a range of client premises.
* Flexible to travel as per client needs.
* Interest in holders of P401, P402, P403, P404, or S301 CCP.

You will travel across Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Ryton, Blaydon, Prudhoe, Hexham, Stocksfield, Consett, Stanley, Chester-le-Street, Durham, Houghton le Spring, Sunderland, Seaham, Stanhope, South Shields, North Shields, Washington, Whitley Bay, Ponteland, Hebburn, Blyth, Ashington, Bedlington, Bowburn, Hartlepool, Spennymoor, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Middlesborough, Redcar, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Guisborough, Yarm.
