Role Overview: A fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to take charge of a specialist dementia floor (approx. 20 residents) in a luxury care setting. This role is predominantly supernumerary, but you may be required to support on the floor occasionally. You will share on-call responsibilities with another Deputy Manager who oversees the residential side of the home. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the dementia floor and lead a team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Act as a key support to the Registered Manager, including stepping into full management when required. Uphold and champion dignity, choice, independence, and respect for all residents.
