If you are an experienced accounts professional with previous experience in admin as well, this could be the role for you Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Process VAT returns, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Handle invoicing, supplier payments, and expense tracking Prepare financial reports and support quarterly reviews.
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards.
Liaise with the company accountants and prepare end of year accounts for review.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate best terms.
Track orders, deliveries, and ensure goods arrive as expected.
Provide administrative support to the Director, including diary management and email correspondence.
Assist in organising meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
What you'll need to succeed Qualified in UK accounting (AAT, ACCA, or similar).
Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
