We are seeking a Digital Engineering MEP Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and standardising BIM and digital engineering delivery across the Building Services discipline for this respected property & construction consultancy. As part of their award-winning Digital Engineering Group (DEG), you’ll help embed innovation, enhance technical quality, and drive collaboration across a national portfolio of high-profile projects – from cultural landmarks and cutting-edge hospitals to Formula 1 campuses and defence infrastructure, projects valued from £5 - £500m. This is more than just a technical BIM role. You’ll lead process improvement, develop Revit MEP libraries, implement best practices, and work closely with stakeholders to raise digital capability across our 1,400-strong organisation. What You’ll Be Doing * Champion the implementation of MEP digital strategy across offices and regions. * Develop and manage Revit MEP templates, libraries, and content standards. * Coordinate a UK-wide network of MEP BIM champions and support regional teams. * Integrate Revit with tools such as IES to improve modelling efficiency and design accuracy. * Deliver targeted training and upskilling across all levels of technical staff. * Support strategic initiatives including Room Data Sheets and Revit-driven BWIC processes. * Ensure digital consistency across new and acquired offices through onboarding and process alignment. * Respond to complex technical queries and contribute to high-profile bids and digital capability assessments. * Play an active role in maintaining BIM certifications, including ISO 19650. What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Core Skills: * Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent practical experience. * Deep understanding of BIM standards and digital workflows (especially ISO 19650). * Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and tools such as IES. Experience: * Strong background in building services engineering, ideally in a consultancy environment. * Proven experience in a BIM Manager, Coordinator, or Digital Engineering role. * Ability to implement digital workflows across multidisciplinary teams. * Experience developing content libraries, delivering training, and driving process improvements. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Desirable: * Chartered or working toward chartership (e.g., CIBSE). * Active participation in professional forums like Nima, BuildingSMART, etc. * Involvement in innovation-led digital delivery such as Room Data automation or QA/QC workflows.
