About The Role

The Product Sales Specialist will work closely with the customer development team, and inter‑departmentally, on a variety of sales strategy‑related tasks from research to sales tool development. This role will handle day‑to‑day distribution network needs, gather and analyse sales data, create technical content and more.


Deliverables & Responsibilities

* Assist in the development of product sales strategies to sell to the appropriate audiences.
* Study, analyse and report on company and competitive products and services.
* Manage day‑to‑day distribution network needs and co‑op program.
* Assist in the creation of sales tools; conduct regular audits.
* Adhere to a regular technical content schedule; create corresponding assets.
* Assist with regional and corporate events as needed.
* Assist the customer development group with product launches / projects as needed.


About The Company

Telestack serves the quarrying and aggregate, mining, port, and terminal sectors, designing and manufacturing equipment from its headquarters in Omagh. In 2014, Telestack was purchased by Astec Industries, a $1bn NASDAQ‑listed company known for leading brands such as Peterson grinders, Kolberg‑Pioneer, Johnson Crushers and Osborn mining products. Astec supplies equipment across the asphalt, concrete, recycling, aggregate, road building, and mining sectors, and has invested heavily in its Omagh‑based European facility to drive growth.


Required Criteria

* A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
* At least 3 years of industry involvement is required.
* Excellent communication skills are required.
* Time management and project management skills are a must; ability to handle multiple projects at once.
