About the Role
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll be the go‑to expert in complex case management, rehabilitation strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll support our broader team by mentoring consultants, guiding decision‑making processes, and playing a pivotal role in developing internal capability, service quality, and client outcomes.
This is a hybrid leadership and frontline role, offering autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to influence company direction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead complex case management across workers’ compensation, CTP, and other schemes, including psychosocial and physical injuries.
* Provide expert advice on treatment and rehabilitation planning, including critical review of medical information and care strategies.
* Mentor and support junior and mid‑level consultants across Sydney and regional NSW.
* Drive quality improvement through coaching, internal training, and decision support.
* Assist with resource allocation and act as a team leader when needed.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure informed decision‑making that supports optimal recovery and return‑to‑work outcomes.
* Lead or support new initiatives that improve process, client experience, or internal knowledge sharing.

About You
* Registered occupational physiotherapist, physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, psychologist, or rehabilitation counsellor (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC).
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation or clinical practice.
* Deep understanding of complex injuries (physical and psychological), with exposure to CTP and workers’ compensation schemes.
* A proven mentor or team lead with the ability to coach and support others.
* Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
