We are lookingfor a Recruitment Specialist on a 6 month FTC focusing onprofessional roles within arboriculture for our Infrastructure andUtilities divisions. From arborists to contract managers youll beresponsible for the endtoend recruitment process ensuring timelyfulfillment of recruitment needs and building strong talentpipelines.
DaytoDayDuties:
* Manage apipeline of recruitment needs prioritizing urgentroles.
* Cultivate relationships with internalstakeholders to understand hiring needs.
* Sourceand identify potential candidates through headhunting and otherchannels.
* Oversee the entire recruitmentprocess including taking briefing calls writing adverts conductinginterviews extending job offers and onboardingcandidates.
* Proactively cold contact source andsift candidates to build a robust talentpool.

Who we are lookingfor:
* Previousrecruitment experience in a highvolume bluecollarenvironment.
* Proficiency in headhunting usingplatforms like LinkedIn.
* Ability to work atpace managing multiple urgentpriorities.
* Experience managing endtoendrecruitment processes including compliance andonboarding.
* Strong selfmanagement skills andadaptability tochange.
Nice toHave:
* Experience inrecruiting for arboriculture professionals or similar operationalroles.
* Familiarity with ATS and HRsystems.
* Internal recruitmentexperience.
* Recruitment experience withinmaintenance/FM or service deliverybusinesses.
* Intermediate knowledge ofExcel.
