We are currently partnering with a rapidly-growing Insurance company to recruit a BPA Transition Manager. The successful candidate will support the Head of BPA Transition with the successful execution and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business and the transition of schemes onto ULPs administration platform.
Support the Head of BPA Transition in executing and onboarding Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business and transitioning schemes onto the ULPs administration platform.
Build and manage detailed project plans for each proposed buy-in execution.
Develop and drive project plans for transitions to buy-out, including true-up activities.
Support the preparation of contractual and individual policy documentation, while monitoring and escalating emerging issues and staying informed on industry developments.
Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pensions and the BPA market.
Strong project management skills.
