Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for collating project information from the various Sales Teams and creating / managing appropriate projects for each contract. Ensuring that we deliver each project on time, within scope, and within budget, whilst also ensuring the business is commercially protected.
You will also create reliable Invoicing.
Responsibilities:
* Loading the order into our ERP software and Project milestone program.
* Ensure all commercial aspects of the projects are managed and known within Operations and Financial teams. Manage Inco terms, Payment Terms, LOC, Bank guarantees and ensure that invoicing is managed to payment terms.
* Manage the progress of each project, liaising, influencing and prioritising internal and external stakeholders where needed to ensure milestones and promised delivery dates are achieved.
* Manage a weekly milestone meeting, running through all projects with the operations team. Document milestone status, milestone slippage and corrective actions required within the Project milestone program.
* Monitor all project risks, ensure the business is commercially protected at all times and that risks are known and presented to the senior management team.
* Ensure the customer is kept up to date on all aspects of the project ensuring our project aligns with the customers overall requirements.
* Manage all project variations, ensuring all variations to original scope are agreed, known, documented, costed and confirmed.
* Coordinate the project specific quality plan in conjunction with the QA manager in line with the ISO9001 procedures.
* Manage project invoicing in line with monthly budget forecasts and that variations are known.
* Ensure Installation and Sitework aspects of the project are considered within the project plan and handover to our service department is considered and managed.
* Collate and supply all relevant customer documentation including operating manuals, quality packs, DOCs and warranty certificates.
Your qualifications
You will have worked in a similar role in the past and have the ability to manage a number of tasks at one time.
You will have a good memory and an eye for detail, being able to communicate clearly both internally and externally.
You will be a Completer Finisher who likes routine ensuring that all projects are mapped from beginning (0%) to completion (100%).
