We are seeking skilled administration staff who excel at office operations and hospitality and deliver quality internal customer service to local and national teams. You will be a key part of our national support team, responsible for day-to-day office operations, front of house hospitality, and prompt, helpful internal customer service. You'll work with a wider team to complete a variety of tasks and action work priorities alongside your local team and be able to act on your own initiative, and contribute to a calm, efficient workplace. Key responsibilities Run day-to-day office operations: mail and reception, office security protocols, kitchen stock Book meeting rooms and support hospitality and front-of-house service: greet visitors, coordinate catering and refreshments Deliver high-quality internal customer service as part of a larger support team: respond to staff requests and support other colleagues where necessary Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently complete routine administration with minimal supervision Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions to support business needs Essential skills & attributes Proven administrative experience and strong organisational skills Service-first attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Able to prioritise effectively and work on your own initiative Comfortable managing hospitality and vendor interactions (catering, couriers, orders) Reliable, flexible, and able to remain calm under pressure Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experienced using online booking/communication tools Team-player mindset with a practical approach to problem solving Administrator
