Store Manager – Winchester Store

About the role
As a Store Manager, you will lead the store to success by boosting sales and motivating your team. You will report to the Area Manager and bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring customers and colleagues and maximising sales.
This is a flexible contract meaning you will have a fixed number of hours you will work per week across a variety of days and shifts, and we are open to having conversations about working flexibly.
Key responsibilities
* Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
* Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
* Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, ensuring personal objectives and the store’s objectives are met.
* Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner for all team members, setting SMART goals.
* Communicate any development/training issues to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
* Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered by the team at all times.
* Make sure the team always adheres to OB operational standards.
* Maintain an approachable yet authoritative written and verbal communication style, in keeping with the Oliver Bonas tone of voice.
