Key Responsibilities: Ingredient Preparation: Prepping ingredients such as chopping vegetables, peeling potatoes, and preparing sauces for brunch dishes.
Recipe Adherence: Following recipes provided by senior chefs to ensure consistent quality and portion control.
Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean and hygienic work station, adhering to food safety regulations, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Service Support: Assisting with setting up the brunch station, replenishing food items, and helping with service during peak hours.
Stock Rotation: Rotating stock to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Clean-Up: Cleaning and organizing the workstation after service, including washing dishes and utensils.
