Our client, a rapidly growing accounting-tech start-up, pioneers automation and AI to alleviate manual tasks for finance teams. With a bold long-term vision, they aim to revolutionise month-end processes and enable real-time accounting. Currently comprising a stellar team of seven based in the UK and Australia, they’re looking to double in size, laying the groundwork for future expansion in 2024 and beyond.
Role Overview:
As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll oversee multiple products, driving them toward success. This hands-on role offers substantial growth potential, supported by the team and learning opportunities. Your responsibilities encompass the entire product management lifecycle, from ideation to customer support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Product Advocacy: Gather and analyse customer feedback, aligning product solutions with customer needs.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with founders to shape product roadmaps and devise innovative solutions.
* Execution Management: Break down implementation into manageable tasks, supporting engineers, and ensuring alignment across the business.
* Customer Education: Partner with marketing to communicate product features, provide customer support, and create helpful documentation.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct pre-production testing, monitor feature performance post-launch, and make informed decisions about feature viability.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary up to £80k, with flexibility in job title.
