Residential Property Solicitor – Solihull

Location: Solihull
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break)
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Residential Property Department based in its Solihull office.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Remortgage transactions
- Equity release matters
- Transfer of equity transactions
- Matrimonial transfers
- Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
- Providing guidance, support, and training to Conveyancing Assistants
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- A qualified Solicitor status, CILEX qualification, Licensed Conveyancer status, or equivalent fee-earning experience within residential property
- Proven experience xsngvjr managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes
- Good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions
- Excellent client care and communication skills
