Assist with a wider range of local authority prosecutions including environmental, regulatory, and enforcement matters. About You Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer in England & Wales. Proven background in local authority prosecutions or criminal/regulatory litigation. Essential: Experience handling non-school attendance (education) prosecutions. Experience preparing cases and attending court (advocacy desirable).
