About the Role
We are seeking an Access Administrator to join our growing Wireless Transmission team based in Bracknell. This is a key support role responsible for coordinating site access across telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring engineers and contractors can safely and efficiently carry out works on site.
You will play a critical role in supporting deployment and maintenance activities across the UK, working closely with internal teams, site providers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Request and coordinate site access permissions with landlords, agents, and site providers
Manage access bookings for telecom sites including rooftops, greenfield sites, and secure compounds
Maintain accurate records of access arrangements, permits, and restrictions
Liaise with field engineers to ensure access requirements are clearly communicated
Track and update site access status within internal systems
Support planning and scheduling of site visits and installation works
Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and document management
Ensure compliance with health & safety and access protocols
Escalate access issues or delays that may impact project timelines
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (telecoms experience desirable)
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience working with databases or internal systems
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience within the telecommunications industry, particularly wireless or transmission
Familiarity with site access processes, permits, or landlord coordination
Understanding of telecom site types (e.g. rooftop, mast, greenfield)
Knowledge of health & safety procedures related to site access
