We are currently recruiting for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to work as part of the kitchen brigade, delivering exceptional culinary experiences for the club members. Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef, you'll prepare and present simple dishes to the highest standards, contributing to a warm and welcoming environment.

The ideal Demi Chef De Partie will have the following: A strong track record working as a Comms or Demi Chef De Partie in a high quality fresh food setting
Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
Ability to work within a team
Bags of positivity and passion for the industry
Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
