Role Description
Opportunity for a full-time and part-time on-site Pharmacy Assistant role is based in the Blackpool area. The Pharmacy Assistant will efficiently support daily pharmacy operations, which include handling prescriptions, promoting services, managing stock, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in maintaining the organisation of the pharmacy. Tasks also involve interacting with customers and healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
* Experience with managing prescriptions and knowledge of pharmacy operations and services.
* Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
* Proficiency in inventory management and organisational practices
* Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Certification or training as a pharmacy assistant or similar role is advantageous
* Familiarity with relevant healthcare and pharmacy regulations is a plus
