A global engineering firm is expanding its gears manufacturing capability and is seeking experienced machinists for a high-precision production environment.
Open Roles:
* 5 Axis Mill Turn Operators – 5 positions
* Grinders (External & Internal) – 4 positions
* Detailers (Benchwork) – 2 positions
* Gear Cutters (Gleason / CNC) – 2 positions
Key Equipment Experience:
* Okuma U3000 (Fanuc controls)
* Studer S21 / S33 / S110 / S145
* Phoenix 280C, Lorenz, Liebherr Shaper
* Klingelnberg & Optical Measurement systems
Qualifications
Required Skills:
* 5 Axis machining
* Cylindrical & internal grinding
* Gear cutting (Bevels, Rolling)
* CNC programming
* Klingelnberg & optical metrology
Training will be provided on specific machines, but prior process experience is essential.
