We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Redbridge this September. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils' learning, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and help all children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils across a range of abilities
* Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation, and classroom management
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or EAL
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
* Prior experience working in a school setting
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
* An adaptable, proactive, and positive attitude
