We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Parts Manager to join our busy and fast-paced commercial vehicle operation.
This is a key role within the business, supporting both roadside technicians and workshop operations by ensuring the correct parts and stock are sourced, managed and controlled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing parts requirements for live roadside breakdowns and workshop repairs
Dealing directly with customers, suppliers, internal technicians, controllers
Monitoring and controlling impress stock levels
Managing internal stock across service vans and workshop
Controlling consumables and ensuring correct allocation and usage
Processing parts orders, returns and supplier queries
Maintaining accurate stock records and cost control
Working closely with management to uphold operational standards
About You:
Previous HGV/commercial vehicle parts experience is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and stock control discipline
Professional, accountable and able to take full ownership of the role
Confident dealing with technicians, suppliers and customers
