What you’ll do on a typical day:
Be the first point of contact for benefit queries from colleagues and sites across the GXO business
* Provide day-to-day administration support for our benefits platform – bonus points if you have used Darwin before!
* Manage our company car scheme – GXO have a fleet of 800 vehicles. You’ll handle reallocations, arrange car movements, get new joiners up to speed, and be on hand to support colleagues when required
* Support engagement activities, such as site visits, new benefit launches, benefit promotions and general communications
What you need to succeed:
Previous experience in an administration role in Reward, Benefits, HR, or Payroll
* Highly confident working with data - strong Excel skills and good numerical ability are essential
* A confident problem-solver who can think creatively, challenge the norm, and suggest process improvements to make things run more efficiently – you can really make this role your own!
* Works as part of a team, supporting others whilst taking accountability for own tasks
* Experience in using HR or Benefits systems would be advantageous
