Responsibilities:
* Coach, offer support, and help oversee the day-to-day tasks of our sales team.
* Assist the team in educating prospective and existing clients regarding service offerings and the company's technology solutions.
* Support the team in the implementation and execution of regional business development strategies.
* Develop unique methods to organically motivate team members and increase productivity.
* Evaluate and provide feedback to enable team and rep success
* Identify, qualify, and help the sales representatives cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients through referrals, networking at meetings and conferences, and other means.
* Creatively problem solve to continuously improve the company's business development approach, including building strategic territory business plans.
* Research and understand sector-specific issues, leaders, trends, and news events relevant to the diverse industries the company serves.
* Generate business opportunities through professional networking and solo research
Required Skills:
* Strong relationship building skills.
* Strong growth mindset with a proven track record in achieving goals and building a team.
* Open to domestic travel to network and meet with clients and prospects.
* Embodies a self-starter attitude while regularly meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* Exceptional at developing and maintaining business relationships.
* Maturity/Professionalism- You are cool under pressure, professionally mature, and know how to remain collected and focused in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional sales management experience.
* Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience in IP and patent sales preferred.
