As a Financial Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless and professional service at every stage. From being the first point of contact for client queries to coordinating meetings and preparing essential documentation, you’ll be at the heart of the client journey. This role offers the chance to develop deep knowledge of financial services, compliance, and regulatory requirements while working alongside experienced advisors. The Package: * Up to £28,000 basic salary * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm * 22 days plus bank holidays The Financial Services Administrator Role: * Act as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and in person * Support financial advisors with client files, meetings, documentation, and record keeping * Process new client applications, account openings, investment instructions, policy changes, and financial transactions * Update and manage client databases, CRM systems, and internal records * Produce financial reports, valuations, and statements for clients and advisors * Liaise with product providers, banks, and investment platforms to ensure timely completion of requests * Handle general admin duties including filing, scanning, correspondence, and diary coordination * Support office processes and contribute to improving efficiency in admin and client services * Participate in ongoing training to develop knowledge of financial services and compliance standards The Person: * Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Able to handle sensitive financial and personal information with discretion * Confident using CRM systems and financial databases * Knowledge of financial products and regulatory requirements is desirable * Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities * Team player with a professional and client-focused approach
