For The Successful Machine Operator, Our Client Is Offering
* £34,000 per annum starting salary, rising to £38,000 after completing 12 week probation
* 3 on 3 off 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)
* Opportunity for progression
* Permanent role

The Role - Machine Operator
* To operate production machinery safely in order to produce the product to the correct customer specification
* Ensure that all Quality Assurance checks are carried out
* Analyse and adhere to a production plan
* Picking and packing
* Working towards targets
* Using production IT systems
* Working to strict Food Hygiene standards
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operator:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
* Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
* Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
* Demonstrable stability in work history
* Strong attention to details
* Good computer skills
* Must be punctual and reliable
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
