Join Our Wickes Installation Apprenticeship Team as an Installation Service Manager. We are seeking an Installation Service Manager to join our growing team. This vital role will involve mentoring, ensuring quality, and supporting geographical coverage for the assigned area.
Responsibilities
* Mentoring Future Installers: Guiding and developing our graduate installers to reach their full potential.
* Ensuring Quality: Upholding correct ways of working through expert technical knowledge.
* Geographical Coverage: Travelling and staying away from home to support your assigned area; potential frequency would be once a week.

Geographical area: The role covers the South East and East of England, including Northampton, Cambridge, Ipswich, Colchester and Norwich.
What are we looking for
* Minimum of 18 months' experience in supervising a field-based network of subcontractors.
* Previous experience working in the Kitchen / Bathroom installation industry.
* Effective communication, including listening skills.
* Interpersonal skills – able to build strong working relationships quickly.
* Ability to lead, coach and mentor.
* Ability to assess and mitigate risk for the business.
* Prioritise workload and determine the appropriate course of action.
* Knows when to seek help, support and advice.
* Ability to think creatively and use outside-the-box thinking.
