Overview
Contract Manager will be responsible for the expenditure of all resources available to develop and implement statutory and non-statutory contractual responsibilities in relation to capital and revenue projects with the Housing Service.

* This post is career graded – salary and progression depend on experience and qualifications.
* Salary includes Distant Islands Allowance of £2,997 per annum (pro rata).
* Permanent full‑time post of 37.0 hours per week, 52.18 weeks per year.
* Relocation package does not apply.
* We will pay interview expenses from within Shetland.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Ability to travel throughout Shetland at short notice where public transport is limited.
* Capability to undertake statutory and non‑statutory contract responsibilities.
* Must be able to be supported to become fully competent in the role and progress through the career grade.
* Fully funded qualification requirement where applicable.
