An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering the Banbury area.
This role offers a genuinely strong earning package, excellent benefits, and long-term stability working across agricultural and dairy sites.
The Package:
* Up to £22.75 per hour (40-hour week)
* 5 hours guaranteed overtime weekly ()
* £4,000 CO2 bonus for qualified engineers with experience
* Door-to-door travel paid
* Overtime and 2x
* Private healthcare
* Callout rota (minimum 1 in 4) with additional pay
Earnings Breakdown (Typical):
* £47,320 basic
* £8,872 guaranteed overtime
* £4,000 CO2 bonus
* £60,000+ total earnings (excluding standby/callout payments)
The Role:
* Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
* Working across agricultural and dairy environments
* Fault finding on a range of refrigeration equipment including CO2 systems
* Covering sites across the Banbury region
The Candidate:
* Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (commercial or industrial background considered)
* CO2 experience highly desirable (£4k bonus available)
* F-Gas qualified
* Full UK driving licence
