We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join the ADQC team. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the ADQC Team. Our AD&QC team supports the development of products through analytical testing to facilitate manufacturing, shelf life setting and process development, ensuring appropriate quality controls and use of analytics. The Compliance Administrator role is office-based and requires on-site presence. Your responsibilities in this role would be:
1. Scanning and filing (paper and digital) of scientific documentation
2. Preparing scientific documents for archiving.
3. Managing documentation systems to ensure they are easily retrievable and in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
4. Providing general administrative support, inclusive of updating departmental excel spreadsheets, maintaining office readiness, monitoring departmental training folders, stationary ordering and supporting the administrative onboarding of new starters.
5. Maintaining departmental metrics within Microsoft Excel.
6. Supporting the QC checking of departmental paperwork.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Educated to GCSE Level in Maths & English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
3. Previous documentation management administrative experience.
4. Exposure to electronic or digital filing systems would be beneficial.
5. An understanding and appreciation of working within a highly regulated environment is preferred, ideally GxP.
6. Good communication skills in English both written and spoken.
7. The ability to problem solve and collaborate cross departmentally.
