Job description

Working alongside the Operations Manager you will be supporting them in their day-to-day role of managing the install teams, which includes;

* Organising Installers' diaries, booking accommodation.
* Contacting customers to book work, arrange repair work and ensure all installs have gone to plan
* Administration of the company fleet vehicles - co-ordinating and arranging services, MOT's, tyre replacements and other repairs with local companies.
* Updating internal CRM systems
* Chasing compliance paperwork and photographic evidence, electrical certification etc. from installers
* Work closely with other departments to support the delivery of projects and company goals
* First point of contact for customer operational enquiries
* Managing customer operational complaints and escalating to management when necessary
* Other ad hoc duties where required

Requirements:

* 2 years experience in a similar role
* Fleet management experience
* Good general knowledge of IT systems including prior use of CRM systems
