Assistant Store Manager - Llandudno (N101934)
37.50 hours per week; shift pattern includes Sundays and weekdays as listed in the original posting. The role focuses on maximising sales, driving efficiencies and achieving performance targets by leading and inspiring a high performing team. You will be involved in coaching, developing people and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to be at their best, and step in to cover the store when needed
* Create an atmosphere where delivering exceptional service, achieving performance targets and maintaining accurate stock processes are central to daily operations
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational and commercial activities by working alongside the team
* Ensure up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs
