We are looking for a weekend Support Worker to work in our new homeless provision in Lincoln City. We are looking for staff to work in our new homeless provision in Lincoln City. Our 15-bed accommodation service will support adult men and women with histories of sleeping rough or who are vulnerably housed, who are experiencing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage. We will provide longer-term housing solutions delivered via the Governments SHAP Programme to help individuals recover from rough sleeping and its associated traumas. Duties & Responsibilities Provide face to face & one to one, informal support, dealing with a wide range of individual needs. Respect the rights and responsibilities of Service Users. Advise Service Users to make informed decisions and choices. To build skills and confidence of Service Users. To work alongside support planners to ensure tasks and objectives identified in support plans are achieved within agreed time scales. To prepare/assist Service Users in dealing with any problems arising from their accommodation including repairs, disputes debts, rent arrears etc. To assist with move on accommodation. To understand and actively promote the Organisations values (Respond/Respect/Empower).
