Quantity Surveyor
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be embedded across a varied portfolio of contractor-led infrastructure works, providing both traditional commercial management and broader strategic support across live and pre-construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Cost planning and budget control
* Applications, valuations, variations and final accounts
* Commercial reporting and forecasting
* Subcontract procurement and account management
* Contract administration under NEC / JCT forms
* Risk management and value recovery
* Change management and commercial problem solving
* Supporting claims, delays and dispute-related matters

About You
We re looking for a driven Quantity Surveyor with the confidence to manage core commercial responsibilities while also embracing the broader strategic and problem-solving side of consultancy services.
You will ideally have:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Previous experience within infrastructure, civils, utilities, rail or contractor-led construction
* Strong NEC or JCT contractual knowledge
* Experience with subcontractor accounts, valuations and cost reporting
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A motivated, solutions-led and ambitious approach
